The Primo Foundation engages in promotional fundraising, and is simply a vehicle used as a means to fund the Pediatric Neurocritical Care Program (PNCP) at St. Louis Children's Hospital. It is our goal to support the effort to discover more information about how the brain heals, and the best methods for treating brain injuries in order to achieve better outcomes for injury victims.

The sole fundraising activity for the Foundation is the annual Greg Primo All-Star Concert. All of the proceeds from the concert are donated to the PNCP. Click on "
About the PNCP" for more information about the Program and how it benefits children with brain injuries.

The Primo Foundation was created after Greg Primo suffered a critical Trumatic Brain Injury (TBI) while pitching in an American Legion baseball game. Click on "
About Greg Primo" to find out what happened to Greg, and how he now utilizes his musical talents to raise money for the PCNP at St. Louis Children's Hospital.

St. Louis Children's Hospital's Pediatric Neurocritical Care Program

The Primo Foundation was created as a quick LLC in late January 2009. Because we are currently an LLC we are considered a for-profit company. As of Sept 9, 2009 steps are underway to convert the company into a not-for-profit organization as soon as possible. Regardless, we are completely committed to donating all of the proceeds this organization raises to the Pediatric Neurocritical Care Program at St. Louis Children's Hospital. This organization pays no salaries, bonuses, or any other type of compensation. It is operated strickly by volunteers.
